Beneath the Fabric

A collaboration between MA Interior and Spatial Design and MA Illustration, Beneath the Fabric was developed as an immersive exhibition centred on personal stories and the objects connected to them. Set within a makeshift, whimsical enclosure inspired by the intimacy of a storytelling tent, the exhibition invited visitors to step inside, uncover the hidden narratives of the people they pass each day, and perhaps reflect on stories of their own.

Beneath the Fabric was curated by Matt O'Rourke and Heather Savage from MA Illustration, with the exhibition space designed by Juhyun Park, Jessie Chen, Ana Banica, Linaaz, and Esra Zamin Paima from MA Interior and Spatial Design. Photographs by Gabriel Plebias.
